Together, we will prepare a Territory Development Plan, which will then become an appendix to the Distribution Contract.

Conclusion of the contract

We will sign a Distribution Contract.

Initial order and delivery of our products

We will agree on an initial order of goods to start operating in your market.

Please note that the minimum value of an initial order is EUR 400 and we only deliver goods in full packages.

Training your team

Together, we will train your team on our products and sales and marketing procedures.

A key area focused on building and managing the sales network and ensuring the physical availability of products for end customers.

Activities focused on building a direct relationship with and selling to the end-user, primarily through the distributor's own channels.

4. Marketing & Brand Building

Activities aimed at building awareness, credibility, and demand for the HERBAI brand in the local market.

5. Education & Community

A strategically crucial area focused on educating both professional and general audiences and building a community of brand ambassadors.

6. Strategy & Reporting

This area focuses on planning, measuring, and evaluating activities to ensure alignment with goals and the effective use of resources.
