How it works
Upon signing the Distributor Agreement, you will receive login credentials to the Asset Hub. All materials are organized by product line and type, making them easy to find. The templates are designed for easy localization, allowing you to add your own language and market-specific information.
We provide you with 24/7 access to our central cloud-based repository of all marketing and sales materials. This is your one-stop shop for everything you need to create powerful local campaigns.
Trade Fair & Exhibition Support
We believe in the power of personal presence at key industry events. We actively support your participation to ensure you make the best possible impression.
Personal Assistance: For major national trade fairs (as agreed in your Territory Development Plan), we will provide on-site support from our experienced team. This can include a product expert to answer technical questions or an international sales manager to assist with key business meetings.
Strategic Planning: We will help you select the right events, define your goals for each fair, and share best practices for booth management and lead generation from our global experience.

Exhibition Module Rental Program
Present a professional, unified HERBAI brand image without the high cost of building a custom booth. We offer our high-quality, modular exhibition system for rent.

System Description
Our system consists of easy-to-assemble, lightweight modules featuring high-quality graphics, lighting, and product displays. They are flexible and can be configured to fit various booth sizes.
Rental Price
€500 per module, per week (or part thereof). This price includes the module itself but excludes transport costs.
Booking Process:
Request: Send a reservation request to your HERBAI contact person or directly to [email protected] at least 60 days prior to the event. Include the event name, dates, and number of modules required.
Confirmation: We will confirm availability and provide a rental quote, including estimated transport costs and sign a rental agreement.
Payment: The rental fee and transport costs are payable in advance.
Logistics
We will arrange for the modules to be shipped from our central warehouse to a single address you provide (e.g., your warehouse or the exhibition hall). You are responsible for local handling, assembly, and disassembly.
Terms & Conditions
Responsibility: You are fully responsible for the modules from the moment they are delivered to you until they are picked up by our designated carrier.
Damages: You are required to inspect the modules upon receipt and report any damage immediately. Any damage that occurs during your rental period (beyond normal wear and tear) will be repaired at your expense. A full schedule of replacement costs for each component is available on request.
Return: You must ensure the modules are cleaned, properly disassembled, and packed in their original shipping crates, ready for pick-up on the agreed-upon date.
