Your Duties as a Distributor
Your main role is to actively build the HERBAI brand in your territory.
Actively Sell and Develop the Market: We expect you to proactively seek new customers, build a distribution network (pharmacies, drugstores), and promote the products.
Meet Business Goals: A key condition of our partnership is meeting the minimum sales targets and development activities defined in the Territory Development Plan (Annex 1).
Protect the Brand's Reputation: To act professionally and in line with the values of the HERBAI and HERBADENT brands.
Ensure Local Legal Compliance: You have full responsibility for ensuring that all text on packaging, labels, and in marketing materials complies with the laws of your country. We deliver products that comply with EU legislation.
Get Marketing Materials Approved: All marketing materials you create yourself must be submitted to us for approval.
Pay for Goods on Time: Adhere to the payment terms agreed upon in the contract (standard is payment in advance).
Adhere to Minimum Order Value: Each order must have a value of at least €1,000.
Your Rights and Benefits as a Distributor
You gain a strong partner and full support for your growth.
Exclusivity: You have the exclusive right to sell HERBAI products in the contractually defined territory.
Comprehensive Support: We provide you with access to our marketing and business materials, personal assistance at trade fairs, the option to rent our exhibition stands, and access to our AI sales assistants.
Quality Products at Contractual Prices: We guarantee the supply of high-quality products at the prices set in the official price list.
Option for Better Payment Terms: After demonstrating reliability and providing financial guarantees (e.g., a bank guarantee), it is possible to agree on payment by invoice with a maturity of up to 60 days.
Participation in Distributor Meetings: You will be invited to our annual meetings, where you can share experiences with other partners from around the world.
Fair Termination of Cooperation: You can terminate the contract with a 3-month notice period.

Deliver Quality Goods on Time: We will ensure you have products of the highest quality available at the agreed-upon times.
Provide Promised Support: We will actively help you with marketing, sales, and brand building.
Inform About Changes: We will inform you of any changes to the price list or business conditions well in advance.
Our Rights as HERBAI
We protect our investment in the partnership and our brand.
Expect Goals to be Met: Your exclusivity is directly linked to meeting the goals set out in the Territory Development Plan.
Terminate the Agreement for Non-Performance: If the goals are not met over the long term, we have the right to terminate the agreement.
Receive Payments on Time: We expect adherence to payment discipline.
Approve Marketing: We have the right to review and approve how our brand is communicated in your market.
